How can health insurance benefit me?

Individual Benefits typically fall under the health insurance umbrella. In Canada we are fortunate enough to have Provincial Health Insurance that covers the costs of basic health care and beyond.

Individual Benefits can provide compensation for prescriptions, disability coverage when off work due to an accident or illness, hospital expenses (such as an upgrade to a private or semi-private room), routine Dental work, diagnostic health procedures and coverage for self-employed individuals.

Policy amounts can vary depending on your needs. We recommend that you discuss your options with your Advisor.

Questions to ask your mortgage agent:

Who will own the policy?
But I already have Provincial Coverage?
Is there coverage when travelling?
What kinds of things are covered?
Am I able to pick the coverage that I want?
Why do I need coverage if I am healthy?
